Medicare Educational Seminar for Agents

In this course, we will discuss the history and the current environment of Medicare. What are the different parts of Medicare and available additional coverage? Who qualifies and what are the costs? What are the election periods to enroll and when can you make changes to current plans?

James Romeo

James Romeo, MediChoice Insurance Agency

James graduated from University of Wisconsin Stout with a Hospitality and Tourism Management Degree and worked in the hospitality industry for 14 years for companies like Walk Disney World and Sheraton. In 2007, James acquired his Minnesota Life and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Series 6 and 63 licenses and worked for insurance companies including Principal Financial Group, State Farm, and Assurant Health. In 2010, he found his real insurance passion when he started with Humana selling Medicare health and drug plans. In 2013, James decided that he wanted to be able to give his clients more policy options and customize plans for his clients to better meet their needs. James and his father, Joe Romeo who also has been in the insurance world for over 15 years, started MediChoice Insurance Agency, based in St. Louis Park. MediChoice Insurance Agency now offers all the major health and drug Medicare plans as well as additional products like life, dental, vision and individual medical.


There is no fee to attend this meeting.

CE Credits

Attendees will receive 1 MN Insurance CE Credit for attending this meeting. You will need to provide your license number in order to receive credit.
